'Hello! My Name Is Bennie.'
For the last four or five years I've been writing songs, and for the last two years or so I've considered them good enough to record and let other people know about. My setlist includes songs about everything, ranging from Watches to Love, Living inside of a Bubble to Longing, Optimism vs Pessimism...I try not to limit myself and like to be as personal as I can, whilst packaging the songs in a few enigmas to keep the audience wondering and reflecting.
In 2008 I started a band called Bennie James & The Hesitant Few. I have an absolute ball with these guys and learnt heaps. We are on an indefinite break at the moment, but it our time together we released an EP called 'Laugh!Jump!Cry!Love!'. Copys are now hard to grab, but I still bring them to almost every show I play.
